It was a big weekend for the X-Factor, not only was it the final at Wembley, but it was also the first time in history that a group has won – and a girlgroup at that.
Little Mix took home the title after beating Marcus Collins and Amelia Lily, who went out on Saturday night.
The girls and their mentor Tulisa were delighted with the result as we witnessed LOTS of tears of delight – mainly from Tulisa.
Of course, on both nights we couldn’t help but concentrate on the judges’ fashion choices – especially as it would be for the final time!
On Saturday night Tulisa chose a polka dot dress by Kate Halfpenny, paired with Pandora jewels. It was an unexpected choice for the final, we were hoping for a gown! Kelly on the other hand did not disappoint and looked sophisticated in a Nicholas Oakwell gown with embellished shoulders, Crisian & McCaffrey shoes and De Beers jewels.
On Sunday night the women swapped; Tulisa opted for the gown, a fish-tail creation in electric blue by Fydor Golan for FGF Bespoke. The star had some trouble walking in the dress but it showed off her curves well and she certainly caused a stir on Twitter. Kelly went for a gold Julien Macdonald couture dress and Zanotti shoes, showing off those pins for the last time this year on X-Factor.
Later today we’ll be taking a look back at all the fashion on this year’s X-Factor so stay tuned!
