As the new judges came together on the red carpet yesterday for the X Factor launch, there was only one thing on everyone’s mind – fashion!

Both Tulisa Contostavlos and Kelly Rowland looked stunning – both opting for short black dresses. Tulisa, especially, showed off a new elegant style.

The N-Dubz star wore a fitted Vivienne Westwood dress and had also added a streak of blond to her long curly hair – making a big difference.

Kelly opted for an eye-catching Versace number and some big black boots.

It was not just eyes on the two leading ladies though, Xtra Factor host Caroline Flack also showed off her tanned legs in a 2812 dress and animal print boots.

Joined by the smart looking Gary Barlow, Louis Walsh, Olly Murs and Dermot O’Leary, we can’t wait to see what they pull out the bag for the show!
