Fashion’s biggest names were out in full force on Monday at the CFDA/Vogue Fashion Fund Awards. Celebrities, designers and models all came together to celebrate the Council of Fashion Designers of America’s special night. The big winner was Joseph Altuzarra, who was awarded the Vogue Fashion Fund. Since 2009, Altuzarra has gone from strength to strength, being rewarded for his efforts with $300,000 to inject into his growing business.
Runners up were New York-based jewellery designer Pamela Love and Creatures of the Wind designers Shane Gabier and Chris Peters, who will each receive $100,000 to put towards further collections.
The 8th annual awards were judged and selected by a prestigious committee, including CFDA president Dianne Von Furstenburg and Anna Wintour. Actress Rooney Mara presented the event and a whole host of A-list celebrities were in attendance, including Amanda Seyfried, Zoe Kravitz, Olivia Wilde, Chloe Moretz and model Jessica Stam.
