People’s Choice Awards 2012

The stars hit the red carpet in LA last night for the 38th annual People’s Choice Awards.

And It was all about the young ones, as stars Miley Cyrus, Demi Lovato and Vanessa Hudgens brought their A game in the style wars.

Miley had the ultimate arm candy, in the form of Liam Hemsworth, but it was her David Koma dress with a sheer plunging neckline that had people talking. The star paired the white dress with pink Jimmy Choos to finish off the flirty outfit.

Another star to choose white was Lea Michele, who won Favourite TV Comedy Actress. She opted for a 1920s style Marchesa gown. The fringe detail contrasted perfectly with her hot pink lipstick – another style win for the Glee star.

Vanessa Hudgens went the other way with her gown and chose a sexy black shade for the evening. One of the best dressed of the night, the star look smouldering in the Jenny Packham piece, which she paired with black pumps and gold earrings.

Demi Lovato, who won Favourite Pop Artist, was not far behind in the style stakes, wearing a coral silk chiffon Marchesa gown. Looking every inch red carpet royalty!

Adding a splash of colour Ginnifer Goodwin wore a bright pink Roksanda Ilinicic dress while Nina Dobrev, who won Best TV Drama Actress, stood out in a green Elie Saab number. Emma Stone, who won Favourite Comedic Movie Actress and Favourite Movie Actress, also tried the green, though she steered clear of the big dress and went for a Gucci trouser ensemble instead.
