Kate Moss gets married to Jamie Hince in a cut slip vintage dress by John Galliano.
Kate’s off white cream wedding gown was embellished with sparkling beads and a sheer underlay showing a flash of leg, with slim-fitting vintage an unsurprising choice for the supermodel. The groom, ‘Kills’ guitarist Jamie Hince, also stayed true to his trademark style – rocking some shades and his signature quiff alongside a blue double-breasted suit and black boots, both from Yves Saint Laurent. John Galliano was reported to be at the ceremony wearing Commes Des Garcons and a black hat.
According to Vogue.au, Anna Wintour wore a Prada dress based on a Mondrian painting, French Vogue editor Emmanuelle Alt wore Balmain,Carine Roitfeld wore vintage Galliano and Naomi Campbell opted for a Givenchy Couture yellow dress. The wedding took place at St.Peter’s Parish church in the village of Southrop in the Cotsworlds, and guests were offered cones of chips and bacon butties to keep them partying until dawn. Careful not to upset the neighbors, Kate Moss delivered jars of homemade jam to local villagers to ‘thank them for their understanding’ after the 3 day event.
The wedding celebrations, which reportedly topped £1m, have ended in a mystery honeymoon getaway – with Kate Moss spotted in a white Stella McCartney trouser suit while boarding a helicopter to an unknown destination this morning.
