Mary Portas has been a very busy woman of late. The Queen of shops has not only just opened her own boutique, but has also been collaborating with a range of big brands.

Mary has partnered with Playtex, Charnos and Clarks, and now the end results can all be seen in her very own boutique, Pret a Portas, within House of Fraser, Oxford Street.

The range is for women over 40, whom Mary thinks are not as well catered for on the high street. The store is not only about helping women get the clothes they want but about quality service – something she knows all about!

With a collection of legwear which aims to inspire women age 40 to experiment, in collaboration with Charnos, as well as shoes by Mary & Clarks, there is plenty to get excited about in the new boutique.

And, if you simply can’t get enough of the Portas, shoppers in London, Birmingham and Manchester will get a chance to meet the woman herself. Starting on the 15th September to launch her new shoe collection in the Clarks store, she will be in the Oxford Street store to meet and greet. From 6.30pm – 9 Mary will be on hand to talk about the collection and offer some helpful fashion tips.

The on the 5th of October she will be heading north – first to Birmingham New Street, where she will be meeting and greeting shoppers from 12-3pm and then on to Manchester Market Street, where she be will be doing the same from 6-9pm.
