Tinseltown’s stars flocked to the Beverly Hills Hilton yesterday night for the annual Hollywood Film Gala. It goes without saying that this was a glamorous affair of the highest order and dressing to impress was the aim of the game.
Michelle Williams may have walked away with the highest accolade of the night, ‘Hollywood Actress of the Year,’ but we were more interested in her floor-length black chiffon gown. She played it relatively safe in the Nina Ricci number; occasion appropriate with just the right amount of intrigue in the form of a gold embellished bodice line. Another pixie-cropped star, Carey Mulligan, also wore a black dress to the gala. Picking up the Supporting Actress trophy, she looked stunning in a sequined Bottega Veneta dress.
Emma Stone not only received praise for her role in ‘The Help’ as part of the Best Ensemble Cast, but showed the world yet again why she is fast becoming a true fashion icon. Wearing a delightful Jonathon Saunders dress and white shoes, she nails the white on white trend.
Our favourite Supermodel of the moment, Rosie Hungtington-Whiteley dazzled yet again at the A-list event, in a heavily embellished Emilio Pucci number. She may have not have won any awards, but she definitely gets the iFashion vote for best dressed!
