While we are very excited for this year’s London Fashion Week (especially as now we can say it’s the WORLD’S fashion capital) there is another reason to get excited a little sooner – High Street Fashion Week!

Oxford Street will be even more alive with fashion than usual as it plays host to high street fashion week for the third year running.

There will be all sorts of events during the week beginning September 5th, including celebrity parties, fashion trunk shows, style tutorials and tons of offers.

Now as it’s iFashion we couldn’t help but let you know where the internet comes in… you can keep up with all the offers, events and promotions via social media. Just follow Oxford Street on their Twitter and Facebook pages.

It all kicks off on Monday 5th, with daredevil stunts a Cheap Mondays offer at Selfridges.

On Tuesday New Look host a shopper styling evening with the winner of Style the Nation as well as a 20% discount in store. The London College of Fashion will also be offering help to those wanting to get into fashion.

On Wednesday, iFashion‘s fav event, Selfrides will open a Vlogging (video blogging) booth, where shoppers can blog about their purchases.

On Thurday there will be a host of retailers shopping events (to be announced).

Finally on Friday Topman will be holding an exclusive evening and jewellery designer Fiona Paxton will be hosting a designer trunk show.
