Independent boutique Black White Denim served up a new concept in retail when it opened its doors in September 2010, offering a selection of ‘buy now, keep forever’ pieces by handpicked designers. With clothes exclusively in black, white or denim the boutique features an eclectic mix of oak floors and statement furniture, with clothes showcased on potters wheels and wooden ladders.

The Black White Denim website launched in March this year, and with brands like Preen, J Brand Jeans, L’Agence and Acne stocked online, it comes as no surprise to hear the site already boasts a strong following.

Most recently, celebrity favourite Mark Fast created an iconic black dress exclusively for BWD.
