Launched by Kit Chong and her sister in September 2010, the idea arose after Kit got tired of constantly hearing women complain about seeing their newly-purchased garments worn by other women.

Aiming to source clothes which couldn’t be found on the high street, Sosolo boutique was born, selling exclusive yet affordable fashion for women. The website compromises of three sections; So For You, So Vintage and So Premium. Believing in the importance of individuality, So For You has a great selection of fashion forward items from around the world in one easy-to-browse and buy location. Only a limited number of the modern garments are stocked, ensuring that you can find something unique every time, as the line is continually replenished with new stock. In keeping with the unique aesthetic, So Vintage is a convenient platform for handpicked vintage items that are versatile and fashionable. For underground and new designers, the So Premium section supports up and coming talent through exposure and a platform from which to sell their designs.

We recommend you check out Michelle Oh in the So Premium section for her edgy jewellery designs. An Indonesian artist based in London, she specialises in making quirky handmade items that scream out individuality. We also love the modern pieces from the So For You range which can be styled a number of ways and would work seamlessly into any A/W wardrobes. Our current favourites include the shimmering silver dress, perfect for cocktails; the Monochrome two tone cardigan which has a retro Chanel feel and the amazing faux leather sleeve sweaters which are edgy yet practical for the colder days to come. The grey and autumnal coloured skater dresses are the definition of winter ready day dresses. Just throw on the monochrome block jumper, some tights and a leather jacket and you are ready to face the day in style!
