If, like us, the new year diet is starting to drag and the January blues are giving way to a more sever (and decidedly colder) February blues, then it might be time to start adding some colour into your life. Sadly, we don’t mean S/S garments just yet, but we do mean trying out some delicious and nutritious new meal and snack recipes. We came across ‘Eat Yourself Skinny’ recently and it reignited a love of all things culinary.
Written by the gorgeous, self-confessed foodie, Kelly, the blog is a bright and cheery collection of healthy snacks and recipes that are guaranteed to make your mouth water. In a bid to make eating healthy fun, Kelly started blogging in order to keep motivated about her own diet and to share delicious recipes with others.
