This week, we caught up with quirky style blogger Steffy Kuncman, author of ‘steffy’s pros and cons’. Her sweet style and love of vintage has earned her a devout following of fans in the blog world. We certainly can’t get enough of seeing her kooky colour combinations and mismash of textures that work seamlessly when pulled together. Currently in college, Steffy also puts a lot of her spare time into running an online store ‘Tea and Tulips.’ Selling a range of one-off items that have been hand-picked, you can visit the shop HERE or simply browse her blog HERE.
What inspired you to start Steffy’s pros and cons?
I had read other fashion blogs for a long time, and eventually realised that I needed to start my own!
How would you describe your signature style?
Girly and extra quirky. I always try to add one unique item in every outfit.
What is the greatest reward that blogging has brought you?
Meeting lovely ladies from all around the world!
Do you think blogging has any negatives?
Yes, I think while clothes are important and I live and breathe fashion, we all need to remember that our families really matter and they are away from the computer screen.
Who is your favourite fashion blogger and why?
I love bonnie from flashes of style. Something about her photographs always inspire me.
If you had 10 minutes to get ready for a blogger meet up, what would you put together?
I would buy a polka dotted tablecloth and a dozen cupcakes for when my guests arrive.
iFashion is all about shopping online. What are your favourite online boutiques?
I love modcloth and romwe.. but who doesn’t?!
What is the most loved item in your wardrobe and why?
I love a new item every week because I sell all my clothes in my online store, tea and tulips. This week it is this crush green velvet dress with a fabulous lace collar!
What S/S trend are you most looking forward to wearing?
Orange most definitely!
Finally, if any, what are you top New Year’s resolutions?
To stay close with my boyfriend and never take him for granted. Also, to find a full-time job when I am finished with school in September.
