Every week we look for a stylish blogger to feature on iFashion. This week we were excited to come across Kristina Bazan, the 17-year-old student and fashion blogger from Switzerland. Having already amassed an impressive following, we love her elegant, chic style. We asked Kristina a few questions about her style and why she fell in love with fashion.

When did you first become interested in Fashion?
I have always been passionate about fashion and art since my youngest age. My mother was always wearing beautiful garments and bought glossy magazines. I loved looking at the pictures and was fascinated by how gorgeous all these woman were. In high school, my interest for art and designers brought me to the internet. Through that I discovered so much interesting information about the whole fashion industry.

You are a bit of a style chameleon, but what would you describe as your ‘signature’ look?
I don’t think that I have a signature look, to me fashion is a game and I try to play it without the rules. I love playing with colour combinations, textures, materials and also detailing such as jewellery. It all depends on my mood and my inspiration.

If you had 10 minutes to get ready for the day, what would you throw together?
Probably a little black dress, because it’s classic, elegant and always stylish, paired with some heels and a big bag to throw all my stuff in.

iFashion is all about shopping online. What are your favourite online shops and why?
There are so many great online shopping destinations, I love checking out what’s new on Nasty Gal. They have really edgy items. I also love ASOS, they have some elegant and original items, and there is a large, good-quality choice.

Your blog is very popular. What is the secret to pulling in such a high readership?
I must admit that the fast motion evolution of my blog has been surprising to me. I think the fact that it has a good readership is mainly because of the regular work and good quality posts and pictures I try to provide. My boyfriend and I spent a lot of time making good shots for my blog and it takes me a lot of time to work on everything so that it looks good.

What is the one item you would save for a year to purchase?
If it is a fashion item then probably a Chanel bag, if not, a car.

Whose style do you currently admire and why?
There isn’t one person in particular : but I am highly inspired by some bloggers I’ve recently discovered who have amazing tastes and great styling ideas.

What will you be wearing this A/W?
I just got some Miu Miu Glitter Cavalli from the 2011 fall season, they are made of gloden glitters. I am truly looking forward to pair them with some cozy jumpers and knitwear.
