Acne once again with simplicity gives us this black bat-wing dress and this grape simple top. Minimalism done just right. Finally Antonio Berardi does feminine tailoring with this chiffon dress, perfect for an evening party.

Best for Statement pieces
While we can’t wait to wear pieces from his richly embellished S/S collection, Christopher Kane’s A/W pieces will make a welcome addition to any wardrobe in time for the New Year party season. We adore this sequin embellished top with ingenious PVC and coloured gel hem. Worn with a pleated black skirt or smart cigarette pants, it would certainly make a luxe statement.

BURBERRY
Best for coats
The S/S collection had a definite A/W feel but will not be in stores until the new year. To get through the cold winter, the current collection boasts wool plaid trenches and more. Above is our favourite to keep you warm through the winter.

ERDEM
Best for prints
The S/S collection, like a summer garden, couldn’t be more different to the moody, dramatic prints for A/W. The rich texture of the Ellie Cowl-black velvet dress would look amazing teemed with high ankle boots and a simple clutch bag. What are you waiting for?

ACNE
Best for Modern simplicity
The cult label presented a tough take on summer pastels at the recent LFW show, but it’s the edgy A/W collection we can’t get enough of. Simple black work trousers are what every girl can’t live without. Our favourite pick!

ANTONIO BERARDI
Best for tailored evening wear.
A master of tailoring, Antonio Berardi’s new collection was beautiful and empowering. The timeless black evening dresses from his A/W collection would be a worthwhile investment. We love the the tailored tuxedo style wrap dress.
