Tributes from around the world have poured in, as we come to terms with the tragic loss of Amy Winehouse.

The singer, best known for her beehive and short skirts, was hailed as a style icon by Karl Lagerfeld and stars including Russell Brand have paid their respects.

Although somewhat unconventional, Amy had her own sense of style and definitely stood out from the crowd. Not only has the music world lost one of its best, so has the fashion world!

Stars and family paid tribute over the weekend including the star’s goddaughter Dione Bromfield who tweeted: “Forever in my heart….love you always #amy”.

Those who were close to the star including Mark Ronson and Kelly Osbourne also expressed their grief via Twitter.

Mark said: “She was my musical soulmate and like a sister to me. This is one of the saddest days of my life.”

Kelly said: “I cant even breathe right now im crying so hard i just lost 1 of my best friends. i love you forever Amy & will never forget the real you!”

It will take some time for the music world to get over the loss of such a musical talent and another sad entry into the tragic 27 club.
